Fieldhousegear is a project that I dreamed up long ago, inspired by my late father, Tom Fieldhouse. He had a knack for coming up with new ideas and creations, which motivated me to explore my own creativity in different ways.

As an inventor and innovator with nearly 40 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry, I have faced numerous challenges and discovered effective, efficient solutions to improve processes.

In addition to my main work, I have a passion for helping others with silo conversions to bulk resin, using simpler and more cost-effective methods. Over the past 20 years, I have built a reputation while collaborating with various owners, leaders, and brokers in the plastics industry
